Please read the entire agreement. By using and ordering from this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this site. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact us. Thank you!

Order Online

For the shopping cart system to work properly, you must accept cookies. Please configure your web browser to allow cookies. The cookie, a small piece of information about your order, is stored on your computer and stores your order details.

Don't forget to state the items you want to order, the method of payment and your delivery address.

Processing your Order

We're a small company and don't necessarily get to ship an order the day it is ordered. Make sure to add 2-4 business days to allow for processing when you place your order, in addition to the time it takes for the box to get to you once it has shipped.

Shipping Terms

!!! We do worldwide shipping !!! Exergia uses Deutsche Post DHL for national and international shipping. Depending on the customor's country there is more or less tracking information available while the parcel is on its way. We do not guarantee delivery or shipment dates. Orders are shipped to the delivery address noted in the customer order. This address is noted in the email sent to the customer upon ordering. For international orders, you are also responsible for any tariffs, taxes, fees, duties due upon receipt.
You may ask for express shipping using DHL express or UPS to most locations worldwide wiithin 2 days. Attention: shipping price is > 100€!

Returns

We can only accept returns of unopened kits and products, within 14 days of receipt. Return shipment is the responsibility of the customer. Contact us before returning any package!

Fire, electricity, and other resources used for these engines are dangerous, unless used properly and with adequate precautions, including safety gear. Some illustrative photos do not depict safety precautions or equipment, in order to show the project steps more clearly. These projects are not intended for use by children. Exergia disclaims all responsibility for any resulting damage, injury, or expense.
